I am the Research Director at The Center for Mind-Body Medicine in Washington D.C. and an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Georgetown University. I have done research for 22 years on traumatized Veteran and civilian populations around the world and have been a certified Kundalini yoga instructor since 1996. I teach online courses on the basics of research and the science of yoga to health care practitioners, yoga teachers and yoga therapists. I also work with individuals using Kundalini Yoga for anxiety as a result of a health challenge and for trauma symptoms.
